Step 1: Designing & Ordering

• Schedule an Appointment: Call to book a meeting with one of our sales representatives.

• Prepare for Your Appointment: Gather samples of your cabinets, tiles, and other interior pieces that will help in selecting the perfect stone. Bring a basic layout or a simple drawing with measurements so we can provide an on-the-spot estimate.

• During Your Appointment: Your sales representative will assist you in choosing slabs, sinks, and edge styles. After finalizing your selections, we will schedule a templating date.

• Estimate and Deposit: We will give you an initial estimate based on the information provided. A final price will be confirmed after a precise measurement of the physical layout. Once all details are agreed upon, a 60% deposit is required to proceed with your project.

Step 3: Installation

Typically 5–10 business days from the templating date, provided all selections are made and items are in stock.

• On the day of installation, our team will call when they are en route.
• Ensure all customer-provided sinks are on-site (sink templates should be dropped off at the office beforehand).
• All faucets, sprayers, soap dispensers, and cooktops must be on-site.
• All remaining balances are due on the installation date—no exceptions.
