From designing/ordering to template and fabrication to Installation, we take pride in providing the best countertop service for our customers.
How It Works:
Designing & Ordering
Getting A Quote / Placing An Order
First, call and make an appointment with one of our sales representatives.
Before you arrive, gather samples of your cabinets, tile and any other interior pieces that will be helpful in your selection of the perfect stone for your home. Also, bring a basic layout (or just a simple drawing with measurements) so we can price out your project on the spot.
On appointment day, your sales representative will help you choose slabs, sinks, and edges. After everything has been chosen, a template date will be given.
**We will provide you an estimate based on your information. A final price will be provided after a hard measure of the physical layout. At that time, if all the details and price are agreeable, we require a 60% deposit that will put your project into motion.**
Templating & Installation Process
On your scheduled date, our team will come out to your house and measure your cabinets to prepare for your new tops.
On template date please remember:
- All cabinets must be installed and leveled
- All appliances need to be on location or have a spec. sheet available. (This includes stoves and dishwashers, ect.)
- Your existing countertops may stay in place during template (If doing a countertop remodel)
**All slabs and sinks must be in stock and 60% deposit for an install date*
Installation
**Approximately 5–10 business days from template with all selections made and in stock**
On installation day, our installers will call when they are on their way.
- All customer provide sinks must be on location (Sink template to be dropped off at the office before hand)
- All faucets, sprayers, soap dispensers must be on location
- All cooktops must be on location
**All remaining balances must be paid on installation date – No exceptions**
