      What are your hours?

      Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

      What is your phone number?
      Do I need an appointment?

      Yes! We require that you call and make an appointment so we can appoint you to the right sales representative and give you undivided attention.

      What is your turnaround time?

      Installation is typically is 5–10 business days from template with all selections made and materials in hand.

      Is one material better than the other?

      No, one material is not better than the other. It is more of a personal preference. All stones and materials have certain care and maintenance to keep countertops looking beautiful!

      What stone do you offer?

      We have granite, quartz, quartzite, and marble. We keep granite, quartzite, and marble in stock. We do not keep quartz in stock, but we do have racks of samples in our office.

      What is natural stone?

      Natural stone comes straight out of the ground. Granite, Quartzite, and Marble are all types of natural stone. Natural stone can have different variations of colors, patterns, etc. due to it coming from the Earth. Quartz is not a natural stone, it is man-made.

      Do I need to seal my countertops?

      All granite, quartzite and marble MUST be sealed. Quartz does not have to be sealed because it is manmade. 

      Do you offer sealer?

      Do you do plumbing?

      No, we do not do plumbing. We are not licensed plumbers. All plumbing must be unhooked before installation. Once installation is complete, please let the silicone dry for 12-24 hours before having a plumber hook everything back up.

      What is your pricing?

      All pricing is determined by material, square footage, and vendor. 

      Can I get a quote?

      For all quote inquiries, please email sales@pgd360.com. In your email include how you heard about us, a cabinet layout, material you are wanting, and a contact phone number. We will then get you to a sales representative to get back with you on a price.

      What payments do you accept?

      Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (With a 3% service fee added) and Check.

      Do I have to have a down payment?

      Yes, we require 60% down payment and balance due at the time of installation. 
      We do not offer financing.
